[Elecraft] Alignment tool from Wiha

My ceramic screwdriver (Wiha 1.8mm slotted) showed up and I got a chance to
retweak my KX1.

It does work well, touching the caps with the tool did not change anything. But
what was suprising was the settings after re-tweaking were nearly spot on with
where they were set before. The ATU trimmer (null) was perfect when I
re-checked it.

Also for the RX caps (20A, 20B, 40) the 1.8mm blade is still too small and
requires some finesse to get it to turn the trim cap. I'm curious if the 2.6mm
version would fit, it looks like it would but I'm not 100% sure.
