[Elecraft] ARCI Summer Sprint

Jim:

The A index is currently 4 and the K index is 2. The flux is a bit 
low at 75, and Ham Radio Deluxe shows lots of current spots. Looks 
like the bands are alive and kicking.

I expect that a lot of contesters are like me, still  recovering from 
24 hours of IARU.
