[Elecraft] KIO2 -> KPA100/EC2 interconnect cable

For those of you who have built your KPA100 in an EC2
(as a two-box configuration) what type cabe did you
use to fabricate the interconnect?  And, more
importantly, why did you select whatever cable you did
use?  For example, did you use what was readily
available, or did you buy a particular cable expressly
for the purpose?
