I don't have a dog in this hunt, but  I don't believe that the owner of the above lists
"forbids" Ebay posts.

At best, I think I've seen a letter from Al Waller mentioning that it's "discouraged" but not
forbidden.

Again, I'm not on any side in this discussion, just wanted to post the link to the
"guidelines".
