To any of the Elecraft folks who met Pat or for those who did not and wish

This is known as Pat's look.  You were about to get a piece of her mind 
whether you wanted it or not :)  I like it however, because often from 
this look she would break into a great big smile; like the sun coming out 
 from behind a cloud.
