[Elecraft] CW using CAT in MixW

Hi Kevin -  yes, MixW can send CW directly with KY commands - I've played 
with it in the past - but - it's been so long ago that I don't remember the 
details!  As I recall it was a matter of getting the correct syntax in the 
cw messages.  Stay with it, it will work!  HNY - 73 -- Don N4HH
