Hi Dave: One more thing... don't sweat the possible roll-off from the PHONES jack. It's minimal and should NOT compromise your adjustments one whit. But DO be sure to set any AF filtering (KAF2 or KDSP2) to OFF or to its broadest setting. AGC can be set to either ON or OFF... doesn't really matter.
