[Elecraft] FYBO 2006 VA3SIE & VE3WMB Outing

Hi,

Michael VE3WMB and Martin VA3SIE set up a vertical and
an inverted vee in Britannia park in the City of
Ottawa.
It was 38F and we had some wind-chill, but it didn't
snow and we even had little snatches of sunlight.

We operated casually for just 3 hours of the contest.
