[Elecraft] K160RX

Hi everyone, and seasons greetings.
Advice needed please. I have K2 number 5788 (new build) and have half the RF board completed but no alignment or test in Part 11, has been done yet as I don't have Capacitors C31, 35, 122, or 228. Elecraft are dispatching those for me.
I have K160RX module built and awaiting installation, can I install the module and ALL it's components, etc, on the RF board without upsetting the alignment proceedures etc, on page 60 of the K2 manual or is it best to wait until I complete the part 2 alignment or even install when the K2 has been fully built!!
