[Elecraft] K2 regulator part no.

The 78L05 is a quad 8 bit DAC and the 77L06 is a 6 volt regulator. Not 
the same at all.

The 77L06 is used in the KX1, not he K1 or K2. Contact Elecraft to get 
the correct part.
