[Elecraft] Accidental K2 Reset?

Regarding the individual who did the K2 reset:

  What was he trying to do when he did it? Per the K2
manual, you need to hold down the 4,5,& 6 keys while
turning on the rig. That sequence doesn't seem to be
something someone would normally do when turning on
the rig.

Not being accusatory, I'm just curious.
