[Elecraft] K2 QSK On OFF and Auto Detect

I have a suggestion about how to add Qsk On and OFF  as a menu
item.  So that you can choose if you want it to default to QSK off at  power 
up.
 
The necessary space in memory could be made available by dropping the 
Auto-Detect feature.  That feature is buggy  anyway.   
 
Get rid of the auto detect from memory, then a few things really worthwhile  
could be added.. :Such as QSKdefaulted to Off On Turn On, Yes or  No.
