Elecraft K2 and multiple options for sale:
From: Charlie Hicks K0CKH

My father (K6AXS ex: KE0PG now SK) built a K2 and
options in 2002. He became a SK in 2003. I had the best
intentions to use it and subsequently bought additional
Elecraft kits and a used KAT100, all of which I have hardly touched.
I have a full shack already and have come to the decision that
I should sell all the Elecraft items.
Here's the list and history:
1. K2 - SN 2744 (original invoice included)
Built in 2002. Sent to Elecraft in Oct., 2002 for a problem.
Elecraft repaired and aligned the rig. (I don't know what the problem
was).
Construction is clean, rig works great.
Included options w/K2:
- KSB2 SSB
- Noise blanker
- Finger Dimple for tuning knob
- Heil MH2 Hand Mic
I ordered the K2 MCU and IOC firmware upgrade 2.04 (not installed)
and SSB FW upgrade 1.08 (not installed)
NO power supply included
Sell for: $800 + ship
2. KAT100-2 in EC2 case (full size case).
I bought this prebuilt from someone but I can't find the name.
Construction
looks great but I never used it. The manual is included. I'll guarantee
it to
work or will refund.
Sell for $200.00 + ship
3. New, in box KDSP2 - unbuilt. Paid $219.00 Feb., 2005
Sell for $190.00 + ship
4. New, in box KAT100-1 (KPA100). I started to build this, got about
a dozen components on the board and never got back to it. Everything
is there, pre-sorted components in envelopes, etc.
I bought this as:
KAT100-1 150 W External ATU for K2 $ 239.00
KPA100MDKT KPA100 Mod Kit $ 19.00
LPA100SHLDKT KPA100 Shield Kit $ 15.00
FWKPA100 Firmware Upgrade $ 19.00
Total paid: $
292.00
Sell for $230.00 + ship
I'd like to consider selling all as a bundle.
Total price of above is (800 + 200 + 190 + 230) = $1,420
If you buy the entire bundle above I'll sell it for $1,370 and will ship it
free (continental USA).
