FYI...

10M was open for a few at the start of NAQP on
Saturday (OK, there was some activity)... it was not
particularly QRP friendly at this QTH (nor were 15 or
20) and this was with a 4 element Steppir at 50'...
That was for stateside contacts, worked UR3HC & PY2NY
on 20 with much greater ease.

On the other hand, 40M was much more hospitable with
only a sloper. Virtually everyone I called heard me
and very few requests for repeats. The lower bands
were much better IMHO... but you can never tell when
an interesting opening might show up on 10.
