[Elecraft] USB to RS232/DB9 adapter

Hi Simon,
Mine is very loosely refered to as a laptop, is more
like a portable desktop (pushing 10 pounds). I also
had problems with two different desktops. According to
our IT group, compatibility is an issue with some of
these.
