[Elecraft] R14 Change on SSB board

I made the 1K to 10K resistor change on my K2's SSB board because I use a
Heil element and seemed to have to talk louder than I preferred in order to
get the VOX to work well.  After the change, I really haven't noticed much
of a change in the Gain and Compression settings, but the VOX sensitivity is
greatly improved and is very smooth now.  I can speak much more naturally
without having to worry about the rig dropping out of transmit.  This will
make my contesting hours much less stressful on my voice.  Thanks to the
person who came up with the mod!
