[Elecraft] Elecraft CW Net Report for April 2nd and 3rd, 2006

Kevin,

Forgot to add in my earlier 40m ECN report that you were the only ECN 
station heard here RST 339, almost 33A, under strong Russian SSB. Lots of 
QRN here as well. 3DA0VB had mentioned QRN earlier, so it seemed to be 
covering a wide area.
