[Elecraft] KAT100 does not achieve a low SWR

I just completed my KAT100 and have remoted the KPA100.    Looks fantastic, but it won't match.
   
  Here are the details,  when I tune it always stops with a high SWR.  I did the measurements at 14.030 MHz where it achieved a 4.5:1 match.

  C=0.30
  Net=2
  T=197
  E-243
   
  Connecting the antenna to my MFJ-259B I have a SWR of 1.4:1, R=39, X=11.
   
  Any ideas as to what is going on?
