Thanks for the comments guys regarding the 808  (China)
I have decided to give it a go and have ordered direct from China!!!
It will be interesting to see what the quality is likeand how well it 
performs I have some PCB boards here to reclaim components from.
I will report back to the list when it arrives.
The type I have ordered does look similar to the Circuit Specialist 
desoldering tool on their site. there appears to be a number of versions 
on the market all coming from China.
