[Elecraft] K2/100 Output Power Control Non-functional

Hi all:

I have a strange symptom with my K2/100 (S/N 4387).  For all power settings
above 0.1 but below the point at which the 100 watt amp kicks in, I get
about 20 watts output.  Once I go to high power, I get the full 100 watts
output, regardless of where in the range of 20-100 the power control is set.

What am I looking for?
