Hoi Sjoerd,

Tax (BTW), freight and duties will easily add up to 24%

Unless you have someone to 'handcarry' it from the US you may as well 
consider to order the kit from www.qrpproject.de in Berlin.
If you still order it from Elecraft direct make sure they declare it as a 
transmitter kit instead of a radio kit. For some reason duties on a 
transmitter is lower (I've been told)
