This is where I point out that there are NOT CW-only segments on HF.  
The only CW-only allocations are on VHF (50.0-50.1, 144.0-144.1)

CW is allowed EVERYWHERE. Other modes are currently confined to  
restricted subbands.

The key to keeping CW is to use it, IMHO.
