[Elecraft] Question regarding BL2 250W 1:1/4:1 switchable Balun

I was about to order the BL1 balun, but once again have procrastinated. Is it save to say that if I buy the BL2, I won't be needing the BL1? (Sometimes it pays to put things off!)
