In fact, there is! Though it was originally developed for KT5X to use at a 
center insulator on his Moxon beams, it should work quite well for a 
short-duration dipole insulator. Since I cannot include ATTACHMENTS in 
e-mail sent via this reflector, I will put up the illustration of the 
insulator on my web site at www.n0ss.net in the "QRP Related Stuff" section 
(bottom of main page). Just go to the web site and then click on the Quik 
Link for "QRP Related Files". That'll take you down to the section which 
contains the file "Packpacker's BNC-Attached-Coax Dipole Center Insulator". 
There are two images on the PDF. The first one is 2X and shown the BNC 
connector outline for reference, The 2nd image is 1X.

I'll be happy to supply B&W masters if you wish to make your own board and 
need to have a negative made. I can probably also provide some a limited 
supply of etched and drilled PC boards.
