[Elecraft] WA3WSJ: K6XX CW Indicator Kit etc.

Hello all,

Here's the status on the K6XX CW Indicator Kit and SMD Holder.

1.The parts have been shipped by Mouser, but the colored ribbon cable
was back ordered so I changed to non-color ribbon cable. They will ship
it today. 

2.I found plenty of wire stock to make the SMD Holders, but there's
a price increase for all future orders.

3.I hope to start shipping the kits before Xmas. If you ordered both a
kit and a smd holder, I will ship both in a small box.
