No, just like the ARCI Parties. A G with a K2 would be 5 points. A G
without an Elecraft S/N would be 4 points.

Yes, again like the ARCI. Except you can also count an S/P/C as a mult
for each mode on each band.

There are already four power levels with mults. From five watts to
twelve watts is only about a half S unit at the other end.
Better to let the K2 loaf at 5W output?

Talk to Elecraft, but for some reason I think they might balk at that
idea. :-)
Certificates on the other hand would be very minimal cost...
