[Elecraft] speaker

May be I have a newer version..

Readme says:

- if you want to implement the languagefile, rename *.~lng~ to *.lng

So I deleted file:  first.~lng~
and renamed file : engl.~lng  to  engl.lng

With that the 'Change Option@ window is in English.

Must get some new glasses, read the readme file, and completely missed the
