Like you said 40m was very poor.
F5UL had a good signal here and yours with slow QSB
ON6WL and G3JKD very difficult to read

I just listen to 80 and this sound better (with lots of static)

Let's do it again next week same time. I suggest you send a reminder the day 
before.
