there is one reason why K2 with transverter is not useable for satelite
because of "dopplershift" you have to tune receive and transmit
frequency during operation
(in the best case with software)
so there ise the problem that K2 is not tuneable during transmittig
(i think that no spurious from cpu are on transmittting signal)
so with K2 you will not have full comfort for dattelite operation
