Since our last newsletter in 2003 we have introduced several new kits to our 
product line:

- T1 Antenna Tuners

- 4 new Mini-Modules: Easy to build, inexpensive, high-performance accessories

- Buddipole Antennas

- New K2 options and accessories

- Mod kits for the K1, K2 and KPA100


Each of these new products is further described below.


T1 Antenna Tuners
---------------
The world’s smallest stand-alone antenna tuner, the Elecraft T1 is the only 
automatic antenna tuner that’s sized to match today’s small QRP rigs. It’s 
one-fourth the size of most other compact ATUs. And at just 5 ounces, the T1 is 
the ideal backpacking accessory. The T1 can be used with any 0.5-W to 20-W 
transceiver covering bands in the 160-6 m range. This includes kits, home-built 
rigs, and commercial transceivers such as the FT-817, IC703, Ten-Tec Argonaut, 
SG2020, etc. For even greater convenience, we offer a "smart" remote control 
adapter for use with the Yaesu FT-817 . (T1-FT817C)


Mini-Modules
------------
All of our easy-to-build "mini-module" kits are very inexpensive, yet offer 
excellent performance and can handle many tasks around your shack or home 
electronics lab. This year we introduced four new mini-module kits: The 2T-Gen, 
2-Tone Test Oscillator is designed to provide a standard 2-tone (700 and 1900 
Hz) audio source for testing of SSB transceivers and linear amplifiers; XG2, 
Three Band Receiver Test Oscillator / S-Meter Calibrator, expands our original 
XG1 to three popular bands: 80, 40 and 20MK; CP1, Directional Coupler, is a dual 
directional coupler that provides high directivity, can be internally or 
externally terminated and can be constructed with a coupling loss of either 20 
dB or 30 dB; BL2 Wideband 1:1 & 4:1 (Switchable) 250W Balun, is very small (just 
1.5 x 3") and lightweight, making it an excellent choice for both home and field 
use. It uses a special winding technique to reduce losses and extend the useful 
range, resulting in an SWR of less than 1.2:1 from!
   500 kHz to 55 MHz (200-ohm load)

Buddipole Antennas
----------------------
The   W3FF Buddipole and Buddistick antenna systems are now available from  
Elecraft. We're extremely impressed with the quality and performance of  these 
products, and use them ourselves.


New K2 Options and Accessories
---------------------------------------------------------------------
KDSP2 Advanced Internal DSP Filter and Clock option provides the latest in 
digital technology for the K2. It's a must-have option for operators who use SSB 
(voice) modes, but also an excellent addition for CW fans. We added a digital 
clock/calendar to this module to keep track of "world time"—important to radio 
operators. The KDSP2's combination of features has made it quite a hit with our 
customers.

K60XV 60M and Transverter   Interface Option  adds 60M ham band operation to the 
K2 and also provides a low level ( 0dBm) split path interference for use with 
transverters such as the Elecraft XV series

HEXKEY Keyer Paddle Our professional-grade paddle has unique hexagonal styling, 
chrome-plated hardware, and a great "feel."   This special edition includes a 
serial number and an Elecraft logo plate. It’s a serious key! 

Finger Dimple (FDIMP) The FingerDimple is a precision machined self-stick 
attachment for your tuning knob. It comes in Black and blends well with the K1 
and K2 factory knobs.


K1 Backlight
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

K1 Backlight Kit is available for both built and new K1 kits. Elecraft does not 
currently supply a backlight for the K1.
