Congratulations to Rumen Stefanov, LZ2RS who has earned Worked All States
Award #42

Rumen is the first Bulgarian ham to apply for an Elecraft award.
Rumen accomplished this feat using K2 #526.

All QSOs were completed on 20 Meters and all QSOs were made at a power of 1
Watt!  So not only did Rumen earn WAS; but it also looks like he broke 1000
Miles Per Watt at least 50 times over!
