[Elecraft] Succumbing to temptation

  Of all my radios, the only one capable of real QRO is the K2 - it
goes up to 15W.

  So I was trying to work A22/JA4ATV on 7015 with five watts,
patiently, and - nothing.  I knew it could be done; I'd done it
before.

  Then it sounded as though he was going QRT.  Before I could really
think through the implications, I had reached out and cranked that
power to 11. I called once, and got "ESE?"  Yes!  The QSO was on.

   So I got a 339... But at what cost to my soul? Who was it, really,
at the controls just then?
