[Elecraft] K2 #4913 breathing now but a new problem

Ack!

I tried to go through the alignment procedures and got stuck
at the VCO alignment (pg 60). I got all zeros on the freq
counter. I went to the voltage charts and everything was
normal until I got to U4. Pin 5 should be 5v, it is 0v. Pin 7
should be 0, it is 4.93vdc. Pin 13 should be 4v, it's 0v.

FWIW I'm getting 4vdc on TP1.

All steps up to this point were normal. TP3 shows a 12
mhz freq on the counter. If I'm reading the schematic right,
this suggest a problem with the SDO & SCK lines on the
Control board?

I'm off to bed but not before I look over the Control board.
