[Elecraft] Left-handed amputations

As I recall most power tools are made for right-hand folks which makes them 
awkward for south-paws at best.  While in the service and qualifying with a 
rifle on odd years I did lefthand and even years I did righthand and I have 
to tell you the M14 is darned awkward for a lefty.
