[Elecraft] Microphone Jumpers

Gang,
    The '2 pin computer jumper blocks' used to program the microphone on the SSB board are probably familiar to us all, however, how does one find them?  What is the proper nomenclature and which mfg. makes them?  After trying to locate them [I would prefer the ones with the shorting wire exposed so I can solder jumpers to it] on line, I need help!
