[Elecraft] K2 tx align: power just keeps climing, no peak

You have to leave tune mode, and reenter tune mode occasionally to get the
power to reset. I believe the book says 10 seconds for thermal reasons.

Anyhow, just iterate between the two, going against a stop if that's the
max, until you get the best you can get. It probably won't be against either
stop on either slug. It's the allowing the K2 to remeasure the power, and
iterating back and forth that get the mojo out of the screwdriver in inside
the K2 where it belongs.
