[Elecraft] Solved 30m deafness problem

Well, I re-installed the 30m module now, used my own bus wire which is 
thicker than the Elecraft stuff, it's heavy dooty now, but it went in 
fine and it works now! One person here suggested the 30m module could 
have been shorting against the case, but I looked inside with a 
flashlight shining in the other side and there's actually tons of room 
between the 30m module and case - it's amazing to think the rubber pads 
were necessary in the first place. I think I probably put one of the 
wires in the wrong place originally. I'm glad I didn't gronk anything!
