[Elecraft] Upgrade order KPA100 and 2.04 firmware??

I'm working on upgrading my K2 S/N 2597 which is currently up
to Rev B status, with 2.03 firmware.

Does it matter in which order I build / integrate my KPA100 kit
and the firmware/keyclick upgrade?

I was thinking there's probably one way that's more efficient than 
another, but thought I'd ask ... perhaps someone's already been 
there!
