[Elecraft] K2 shortens CW characters when external keyer is used

Hello!

I found out the my K2 # 2200 (with all mods) shortens the CW characters by about 20% when a external keyer (K12 by K1EL) is used. This effect is not noticeable with the build in keyer of the K2.
