I am ecstatic KX1 #1056 has ears. Just completed Alignment and Test Part II after 12 hrs build time. I used the Elecraft XG1 to align the receiver on 20m first then 40m then attached an antenna and it just about took my ears off. Current drain in RCVR might be a little high at 35.6ma as THE MANUAL call for 32ma with low LED settings. de "rc" kc5wa
