[Elecraft] EQP reminder: starts tomorrow, 1500Z

Just a quick reminder that the Elecraft QSO Party starts tomorrow at 
1500 Z and runs through Sunday at the same time. The bands are open 
here today -- with any luck they will be tomorrow, too.
