[Elecraft] OT: Looking for Linux experts

My *guess* is to change the printcap entry so that sh=true. I haven;t
"played" with this kind of thing in a long time, but here's a relevant piece
of man page (from FreeBSD) showing the default value.

     sh         bool      false                  suppress printing of burst
                                                 page header

        :lp=lpt1 at 192.168.13.131:\
