[Elecraft] KX1 Frequencies Between Bands

Ha! Matt, now that you've added the statement about turning power off, I 
think I know what you are experiencing. See 
http://qrp.kd4ab.org/2004/040101/0036.html . If you tap the BAND switch 
once before powering off, I expect your KX1 _will_ remember the frequency.
