[Elecraft] K2 PA installation trick

I was dismayed how loose I had to set the PA hold down
hardware. I was sure they would loosen unless they were
tightened down some more. Problem was I'd tighten both
screws then flip the rig over and check for a short. Frustrating...

I found a way to get them tighter without causing a collector
short. It's so simple!

Use a continuity check (beeper) between the collector and
ground WHILE tightning the hardware. This will give you a
good "feel" for the hardware situation and at least in my case,
allow for tighter hardware without getting a short.

Works for me!
