Okay, You know that is what I thought too.  And I did do a re-CAL PLL on 40.

Nothing wrong as cal PLL is only done on 40m these days. Should be noted in erata with the 160 kit. If not it is remiss of Elecraft to keep supplying an obsolete instruction sheet.
