[Elecraft] I/O Cable between KPA100 and KAT100

There is a mod to unsolder one of the wires from one end of the DB9 plug and put in a capacitor to eliminate RF from getting into this cable.  I cannot find this mod.  Can anyone help me on this?  Thanks,  Roy W4WFB
