[Elecraft] ECN errata (rev ?)

The first error from my recent report is hot off the press.

Rod was using his K1 instead of his K2 this evening from Texas.  He 
reported fast and deep QSB.  I agree, I caught the information on the 
upswing ;)

So correct his info to read
On 14050 kHz at 2257z:
K5BGB - Rod - TX - K2 - 1126  =>  K1 - 1785


I also forgot to mention :
VE1RGB - Gary has now checked in 35 times and
KL0WN/WL7M - John has checked in 5 times.
