Looks like it's time to repeat my annual post on this topic....

A very acceptable solution, for those with no local broccoli supply, 
is to obtain from your local sports store a rubber sleeve intended to 
go on a tennis racket handle.  Cut a short section of this and it 
fits over the K2 knob perfectly.  It even has a grip pattern moulded into it.

I didn't originate this idea, it came from Geoff G3XGC.
