[Elecraft] 17/15 Meter no output

Hi all,

I noticed that after doing the mods to upgrade K2 #402, I don't get any 
output on 17 and 15 meters.

I did change C30 and C36 to 470 uF, ,and C33 to 2.2 uF, which is part of 
the 17/15 meter band pass filter mod change.

However, receive seems fine.  I just get zero Watts out in transmit.

Since I think the low pass and bandpass filters are shared in receive 
and transmit, I don't think its the filters.  I wonder if a relay went bad.

Any suggestions?
