Thank you everyone. I had loads of replies to my question, all of which are
a great help but I am afraid that I am biting off more than I can chew. I
am going to pursue getting the database going here but it looks like a big
job. I have played around a bit with Access but I have never tried the
other SQL database programs mentioned. So if anyone already has a program
or a script that I can use, I would sure appreciate a copy. Thanks again.
